In August, the Florida Spiny Lobster opens and people flock to the Florida Keys to snorkel for fresh spiny lobster. Danielle Rose, a Tampa resident and author of the blog, Suwannee Rose, talks with Dalia Colón about what is needed to participate legally in lobster diving and how to prepare this delicacy of the sea.
