1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Combine ingredients in pot on stove top and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy warm over favorite ice cream or brownie (or straight up, by the spoonful).
