Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs
Ingredients:
- Strawberry Jello- 1 box (3 oz)
- Vanilla Instant Pudding- 1 box (3 oz)
- Unsalted Butter (soft) – 1 stick (½ cup)
- All purpose flour – 1 cup
Tools Needed:
- two bowls
- a fork
- parchment paper
- sheet pan
Directions:
First, in a small bowl combine the Strawberry Jello, 1/2 cup of flour. Mix until combined.
Add 4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) of butter. Using a fork combine the butter and dry ingredients until crumble forms.
Repeat this process for the Vanilla Instant Pudding.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread both mixtures on to the baking sheet, try to make sure they’re evenly spread.
Bake at 350*f for 10mins. Check on it at 5 minutes and stir them around to prevent anything from burning.
Place on cooling rack when it comes out of the oven. Once it’s cooled enough to touch, mix and crumble any large pieces with your hands.
