Tropical Hydration Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 ½ Cups Coconut Water
- ½ Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Scoop Lemon Lime Biosteel Hydration (Replace with juice from a fresh lime if not available)
- 1 Scoop NSF Certified Whey Vanilla Protein (Optional)
Other Add Ins:
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- ½ Fresh Banana
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
*Can easily be made into a smoothie bowl with the frozen fruit!*
